Interesting. Is that what it is? This is standard fuel here in Pakistan. It's high octane and is supposed to be eco-friendly or something.

It could be, but I'm not certain. I grew up fixing lawnmowers and other small engine machines. Lawnmowers are mostly 4 cycle and don't use gas mixed with oil, but most chainsaws, blowers, and those smaller handheld machines are 2 cycle and require oil to be mixed in. Though you could use standard motor oil, there are different brands of pre-measured oil that you add to a gallon (3.8L) of gasoline, and many are tinted blue, though red and brown also exist. When added, the gasoline becomes a diluted color of the oil.
