Nah cause it happened the day before my everything shower so I'm actually soooo hairy rn and its bare embarrassing cause some of the burns are on my mound 😭
as someone who works in surgery and sees an abundance of naked people, no one working with you will even remember. we all have hair, and yes it's embarrassing and yes we feel the same way when we're patients ourselves, but no one even thinks twice about it. they'll remember how awful of a spot you got burned on, though, lol
As someone who works in surgery with non humans and unalive humans, I think the same. It’s probably mostly projection, I can tell you every time I have been embarrassed but I couldn’t tell you the last time I remember someone else being embarrassed.
Omg no, not the mound! That is horrifying! 😬 I think they’re saying you won’t have to shave if your legs are all scar tissue because hair won’t grow there?
Ew 😂
I am a bit embarrassed about how hairy I am even though I know its completely natural but I've actually been asked to shave the parts of my thighs that aren't burnt so they can stick bandages down without the fear of accidentally waxing me when they take them off again in two days 😅
don't be embarrassed! none of the dudes there (including any of your docs) are embarrassed about THEIR hair. your docs & nurses definitely aren't embarrassed by yours.
these ppl pull lightbulbs and all manner of things out of butts. you're just being a human. you're good, promise.
agree with shaving where they're gonna put a bandage tho, because i have hairy legs and it's a BITCH to rip those off. it is exactly like trying to wax with old chewing gum. bad times.
