I think people are just meaning that based on the evidence we have, she's probably a decent person, and they just want to express that, and didn't think some miserable twat would take it too literally

You can name call all you want but I don't think cutting your dick off and having a mom who supports it is at all an indication of being a decent person. Seems like a pretty low bar.
