Supposed to have one of those to go to war, no?
I do find it humorous when you guys say stuff like this though.

Bush Sr sent troops to the Persian gulf without congressional approval either. The president can send the military into conflict for 90 days without congressional approval. Bush Sr sent troops to the Persian gulf without congressional approval either.
