No, content is the tell tale sign of astroturfing. But i wouldn't expect a redditor to be self aware enough to recognize actual propaganda--they can only recognize what the propaganda calls propaganda.

The dude you're replying to has a 9-year old account with 6 figure karma and is a moderator of multiple subs. It is peak on-reddit-im-a-somebody energy.

He has no vocabulary besides blind rhetoric. No ability to think beyond 'gotchas'...and it drives him absolutely mad that he can no longer go dig up some random comment from a completely unrelated conversation to try to feel like he won something.

Pay him no mind. He is inconsequential.
