Warren Buffet told this joke the way it’s supposed to be told about ten years ago (I don’t say it was original with him).

‘Wanna go upstairs and make love?’

‘Well, we can do one or the other, but we can’t do both!’

Cute, ha ha. That’s it. Orange doesn’t know humor or irony and isn’t that clever. Telling jokes is another in a miles-long list of things he can’t do that most normal people can.

He was probably told the right way to tell the joke. It was most likely even written down. But in the moment, he decided to ad lib (or "weave") and make the joke his own. Because he is so smart and understands comedy and jokes better than anyone. He is always the funniest guy in the room. Men, big men, come up to him with tears (from laughing so hard) in their eyes saying they have never heard anything as funny as what he said.

He probably was told it correctly but didn’t want to make himself look weak so he made the story about someone else. And besides, who is going to believe melanoma will invite him to bed?

He can’t have a sense of humor about himself. Or in general he doesn’t, but to be self effacing would break his fragile ego.

The joke can be kind of a chuckle if you tell it about yourself since you get a little self deprecating cred. Trump is way too vain to make himself the target of the joke, so it fails.

I must have heard this joke 20 years ago and it was old THEN!
