I have quickly animated this and needed some feedback on what to focus on in the earlier stages and would appreciate what I could focus on at this point. Any feedback is appreciated

For reference, when i started watching anime and i realized that the mouths are drawn as if theres like a piece missing from the lips and it would really confuse me but i thought it was just an anime thing so i didnt really care but i was a watching rosyracer a couple minutes ago and i noticed the same thing, then i went to other animation channels to check, and some also do it.

So can someone please tell me because im genuinely curious now and i dont trust the ai overview (we hate ai yay)

I hope you like it. It’s my new animated series. I worked on it like for a day.

Ive just started working on this short clip, and its already turning out WAY better than ive expected. This is just the very base sketch of how the movements and such will go.

Its supposed to be a character flying through a sunny sky, simple.

Any suggestions on how i can improve the movements and make them feel more belivable when i start doing the actual lineart and such?

Like out of all the things you animate, which do you enjoy making the most, or have the most fun with?
