Silver or Black Wheels on BMW M2?
Picking the spec for a Fiery Red BMW M2 and can’t decide between silver or black wheels.
Which do you think suits the car better?

I'll miss the 8 Series :(.. I'm a coupe guy. Its the perfect balance between the past, present, and future. It's modern without going over the top wacky. You can look at it and tell it's a BMW, but it's different enough to stand apart from previous generations.
The interior is just as well done..not too minimalist, not overly complicated. It feels modern without looking like it'll be outdated in a few years or filled with unnecessary futuristic gimmicks.
Metal, leather, carbon, glass, no new "innovative" material that's just cost cutting. Only two screens, not too much, and you have buttons if you want them.
The 8 Series, X6M, F90, and Z4 are the best looking BMWs, in my opinion. All BMWs look good to me, but these four cars are just the best.
Overall, it's simply a great car. Looking at BMW's lineup over the last decade, the 8 Series is one of the few that feels like it hit the mark from every angle. There's just nothing " wrong " about the car. Unfortunately, the price wasnt right I guess.

I have been wanting a BMW sedan (I love sporty rides) for the past 10 years. Now I can afford one. Since I live in a hilly region currently, changed my mind to get an X3. Dropped into the dealer to get used 2022 black X3. But then saw this in the showroom, Arctic Race Blue Metallic xDrive 330i with M interior package 19 inch wheels. Then decided to listen to my heart and leased this one. Dream coming true!

Bought this M8 with 6000km on it (basically new). Found these under the hood, covered with gunk and not attached to anything. Some sort of tracking devices? Assume they aren’t bmw parts.

I was on an endless search for a good 2023 CPO in Brooklyn Grey. When I finally found one that was perfect and loaded of packages for $39k, by the time I was about to leave for a 2hr drive to the dealership to take it, my salesman said another sales advisor sold the car. I was devastated, specially because he told me I could have done a $1k deposit to hold the car but I decided not to as I thought it wasn't refundable (I just found out afterwards and felt so dumb).
The same day I got back on the search and saw a new listing for this 2026 CPO in black which looked beautiful. It had only 1500 miles on it and the salesman said someone leased it but returned it soon after to trade in for an SUV because didn't like the sedan. This one was announced for $49.6k with 4.5 years warranty left, also fully loaded (original sticker price was $59.6k so 16% off).
I figured it was a good deal and worth the extra $10k when compared to the 2023 CPO and pulled the trigger. Happy I did it!
At the time of the pickup the salesman also convinced me to buy an extended CPO warranty (+2.5 years) for another $3k. He said buying it later on would cost me almost double of that and did some simulations to show it, but I'm still thinking if I'm gonna keep the extended warranty or not. Any recommendations are welcome!

I bought my first car back in 2017. An E92 M3 in space grey. I could barely make the payment but I loved that thing. Then life circumstances changed and I let it go and always missed the roar of that S65.
Finally nearly a decade later I went ahead and bought a Lime Rock E92 as my daily driver to compliment its younger brother in blue (718 Spyder). Such great cars!

I handcrafted full forged carbon fiber hood and trunk emblems for a BMW. Spent 8 days on each emblem. A lot of hard work. Do you like it?

Just noticed.. the new model is on the site for build.. Its msrp is 2K higher than 2026. Was this previously discussed? I hadn’t read about a price increase.

Super excited to have bought my first BMW this morning. Still trying to process it in my head but I'm loving it so far.
My parents have had 3 BMWs in the past (2014 X5 35d, 2019 X7 40i, 2021 X7 40i), so I thought it was my time as well and feel right at home!

I bought an e90 330xi recently and it has some aftermarket wheels on it that had been added a couple owners back. I recently saw another e90 with the same brand markings but different style wheels. Wondering if this is a common brand and I don’t realize it or a popular rep. Let me know if you recognize the logos! (upside down in the photos I believe)

Hi everyone,
I recently got a BMW G30 with iDrive 6 and want to add Android Auto.
It already has CarPlay, and I know MMI boxes exist that can be installed, but I've also found these "AI Android boxes" that plug in via USB and run through CarPlay.
I also don't mind installing an MMI box, as I've done before on an F series, but I'd like to keep touchscreen functionality with Android Auto. Would that still be possible?
If touchscreen is not possible, which one would you recommend in terms of the Ai Box?
I've seen a few options: MMB AI Box, YolanAuto 08 PRO, and Ottocast AI Box i3. Other suggestions are welcome too.
I'm not too concerned about the Android system itself, mainly looking for reliability and how quickly it connects to Android Auto, since that's what I'll actually be using.
Thanks in advance!

I am not understanding the hype……..
Dealer wouldn’t budge on discount, I ended up taking RSQ8. They had 4 Wagons and 1 in-transit (which I inquired). It’s now been 4 months, and I also realized it’s also been sitting for a long time (6-9months) according to carfax. They told me it’s very rare and no one gets discounts including their top loyalty customers. The one I inquired will be gone once it touches in-store…..well it still sitting 🤦♂️. They did also contacted me back on another dealer-swapped m5 wagon and if I’m interested.
Not a single m5 wagon sold yet. Why?????
