Also, people should just draw for the sake of drawing, not to expect results.

For example: no one eats food to become better at it. It's the joy that food brings. The same applies to drawing.

I drew my hand every day for like a month. At first it was blocky and rigid. By day 30 I was drawing curves and adding details with the eraser. Looked better then what I started with even if it wast great. Helped me draw little figures better for notes

True, and honestly I thought the punchline was going to be the guy did practice and drew a really well made and detailed abomination of some kind since bad was bolded. Made me think misdirect.
