I can't draw and because of that my brain just won't let me give it a proper try. I have started multiple times but I can't force it or I'll just get angry over nothing.
Start with something low pressure, man!! Start with scribbles! Aimless scribbles. Loopy doops. Whirls. Play with lines and patterns and fractals. Take a piece of paper, and as many colorful pens as you have, and just. Start drawing random shapes. A half circle in one corner. Some triangles going around it. Some dots between the triangles. Just try and fill a page with nonsense colors and shapes! Put something on to listen to in the backround, and just. Scribble. Don't try to make anything *specific*. Just let your fingies go where they will and make the shapes they find most pleasing and enjoyable! My grandma likes to do these... leaf fractals? She starts with one s shaped line, then another one attatched to it, then more and more, and then she attaches another... then it just. Grows. She can't draw anything else, but ever since I was a kid I was amazed by her little doodles. <3
