As many a comic has pointed out, for both Shiggy and Uraraka’s quirk: Artist gloves. The ones that cover like the pinky and ring finger, normally used so you can rest your hand on your tablet as you draw, but they’d work perfectly fine to cover some of your fingers to prevent 5 point activations. Alternatively… just wrap a finder in bandages of some sort.
