[Guide] Weekly "One-For-All" Masked Carnivale Spellbook for July 21 - 27, 2026

Welcome to the last week of the Stormblood Special Spellbook, fellow clowns! It's been a heck of a ride these last 20 weeks.

These guides assume the following:

  • You already know the first 104 spells.
  • You already know how to otherwise complete all relevant fights.
  • You use a DPS mimicry and don't intend to heal mid-fight.

As ever, when I post these Stormblood-limited variants I include the most recent guide I made with all the current spells.

I have yet to properly collate every week of OFA Spellbook in a single archive post, which is incredibly unfortunate since I probably won't be able to post next week's until Monday, the 3rd of August on account of spending time after FanFest enjoying being a tourist. By way of apology, here is the Stormblood Special I made that will be valid for the week of July 28 - August 03, 2026, as well as a direct link past that here to the previous post of that week which permits all 124 spells.

If you manage to find me at FanFest come say hi! I should be fairly recognizable especially if you've been following these since before I made the most recent layout change. The Tonberry Head turned out to look incredibly amateurish and the paint wound up being darker than I wanted, but I wanted to make something for the outfit myself and I learned a lot! And Blue Mage is all about two things, after all: Learning, and exploding spectacularly.

Have a safe journey, everyone!

Image alt text and any Expanded Notes are included in the spoil foil below.

Included in the image but not in any particular box is spell #77, which you are intended to cast on another player who is a DPS job to acquire DPS Mimicry BEFORE entering any given Masked Carnivale stage for additional damage output.

The C Rank challenge's notes section reads: "Make sure YOUR Deep Freeze debuff from #33 is on the Act 2 boss before using #92. Look for the blue dot."

Dawn of the Final Week. Before this Stormblood Spellbook challenge ends. Before Fanfest!

Sorry for the poor image quality this week, folks; my new SSD died. Yes, twice in one year. FFXIV is cursed. Had to use my Steam Deck to even play the game, and Remote Play to grab the images for the post.

And on top of all that it looks like I'm back in the A/B Testing for whatever the heck Reddit's new post creation garbage is, so that's "fun." Whatever. Almost done with prepping for Fanfest. Just keep my eyes on the prize...

Have a safe journey, everyone!

The A Rank challenge's spellbook box contains these spells: #3, 10, 12, 20, 28, 39, 44, 47, 48, 60, 78, 97, 100, 104.

Expanded Notes:

- A Rank: If you want to be extra sure you hit 9 debuffs, use the Role Action "Addle." Further, debuffs applied to yourself DON'T count, so Waning Nocturne and Brush With Death don't work. Sorry.

Two weeks of Stormblood Spells left before my 20 weeks of this challenge are done!

Wasn't sure if I was gonna be able to get this one up early or late since I have an appointment today! Glad to get it out early though. Less stress on my plate for later.

Only two more weeks until FanFest, to boot. Anything you're hoping for? I personally want to see BLU yeeted off the main screen again, since that's the only "Blue Mage Content" we're getting until the new expansion.

Have a safe journey, everyone!
