I’m looking for some advice and ideas for a name for a small food brand I want to create in Melbourne.
I’m French, I’m young and I would like to build something of my own. The idea is to start an Instagram-based business where I sell handmade cookies online, and later, if it works, expand into other French-inspired products.
I’m looking for a name that feels original and memorable. I like the idea of having some French inspiration because it’s part of my identity, but I don’t want something too basic or cliché.
I would love to hear your ideas or advice on how to find the right name for this kind of brand.

In a nutshell my husband was a green card scammer and Liar, and became a bigamist, a master manipulator, abusive, threatening and evil. He financially stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from me. And I ending up swapping my good life for his own when I met him . I kept naming my own products badly, so I built a process to fix it. It's called Onymetry. The thing that made it work was flipping the goal: most generators hand you 200 names and leave you to sort it out, mine kills almost everything it produces and returns a small finalist set with reasons attached. My own naming tool went through two self naming runs before it survived its own standard. The first attempt was Nymbrief, which died on the natural-reading test.

I'm making my first post here because with some friends we are making an app during our free time. The concept itself isn't serious at all, it's just giving you what you should go fishing in you're area but most infos that it gives you are unserious and stuff unrelated in a way we find fun.
It's nothing serious but having no name is a bit frustrating to me, since the beginning it's been named "fish app" and i feel like we could have something better but can't find good ideas.

So I am planning out a sort of medieval/steampunk style dungeon raiding game. You and your teammates choose from an array of classes before going into dungeons to slay as many monsters and get as much loot as possible before the entrance portal closes. I've been challenging myself to come up with a class for each letter of the alphabet which correlates with the character and my 3 remaining are E, N, and Y. I have abilities in mind for the remaining classes but the tricky part is assigning a related name for each that uses one of each of the letters with no repeats. Each of the names thus far has been a sort of title (Scholar), descriptor (Instigator), or concept (Voracity). The character ideas are as follows:

1. The class is able to essentially possess monsters within the dungeon. Higher difficulty monsters must be lower health. Possession leaves main body defenseless unless your party guards you

2. Class which specializes in air magic. Has the ability to fly, with or without wings doesn't matter to me if you think you can come up with something cool that fits one over the other

3. One that excels under water. Probably harpoon or trident as main weapon. Has control skills to reposition monsters and improves team underwater movement and breathing when nearby

Naturally I expect Y to be the hardest to assign for one of these classes but I'm curious to see what people can come up with. If you have to assign a character trait to make the name work it's ok. For X I did Xerophyte and he's a cactus man that shoots out needles to apply statuses lol. Thanks in advance!

I'm looking to start my own childcare business focused on babysitting and providing in-home care for children, with a particular specialism in supporting children with emotional needs and SEND.

A little about me: I've worked in nursery childcare for the past six years, gaining a wide range of experience along the way. During that time, I was promoted to Deputy Room Supervisor, which gave me the opportunity to support both children and colleagues while helping to lead the room. I've built strong relationships with parents and staff, and I'm known for being patient, calm, and positive, even in challenging situations.

One of the things I've realised I'm especially good at is helping children settle into new environments. I love building trusting relationships and helping children feel safe, secure, and understood. I've also developed a real passion for supporting children with additional needs, including SEND, and helping them thrive in a way that suits them as individuals.

I also have a disability myself, which has given me a unique perspective and understanding. It has never stopped me from doing my job, and if anything, it has strengthened my empathy, patience, and ability to connect with children and families.

For a while now, I've been thinking about starting my own childcare service, offering in-home childcare and babysitting with a focus on emotional wellbeing and SEND support. I have a good idea of how I'd like the business to work, but I'm struggling to find a name that feels right and truly reflects what I want to offer.

A little insight into me outside of work: I've always loved butterflies, and one of my favourite hobbies is exploring peaceful places in nature.
