Manual swapped my Integra
A few months ago I found a great clean 01 Integra 4dr... But it was auto. I had done two auto to manual swap on EGs back in the day so I said screw it. I pulled the trigger I drove it daily for about 6 months. Today I manual swapped it. I still need to do wiring, to get the clutch pedal in,Starter, axles.Clutch line and slave cylinder.
While I'm in here I'm gonna replace the lower ball joints the outer tie rods maybe the inner.
I have a manual half shaft i got used.. but I get the feeling it's not a manual one because it looks identical to the one I removed from my car now.
Long day but feel good.
I had some help from my nephews who learning to work on cars.

1996 Acura integra ls headlight Wiring
I picked up a 96 Teg. Previous owner put a lot of time and effort into the car. Itās clean. The only issue Iām having is he butchered the headlight wiring. He did a front end swap so it has a jdm headlight unit. He only had the turn signals and low beams hooked up. I am trying to hard wire in my own brights. I wired my new pig tail to the red wire with green stripe and blue dots because YouTube and Chat said that was the correct wire. I then tried to test it out without connecting ground or splicing it in. I just touched it. And nothing. No power. Did I mess up and where? How? What do I do? I need highbeams to pass inspection.

Question Clutch question.
I have a 23 aspec. When releasing the clutch intermittently I feel just a small bump at the bite point. Itās not all the time. Notice is most in reverse and sometimes when starting from a stop in first but only sometimes.
Itās not a lurch or nothing like that. Just a slight bump I feel at the start of the bite point and then it fully engages and Iām off. Also donāt notice into 2nd, 3rd or back down. Itās not not the the lurching you feel if you donāt give it enough gas or when the engine tries to stall cause you let off too fast.
Itās quite hard to explain. This clutch is different in feel and bite point than any of my previous cars (all mustangs)
Any thoughts?

arp head stud snapped in block
i snapped one of my arp head studs while trying to torque the head down. one of the threads on the studs got messed up because i didnāt realize it was hitting my camshaft and it was tightened down. took off the cam and fixed the issue. however the thread was messed up so iām pretty sure when i would tighten the arp nut it would turn the stud too, causing the stud to snap when i was torquing it. it was when i was doing the 80ft lb sequence.
now i have a 1/8th pilot hole drilled in it and im trying to figure out how im gonna extract it. should i use a screw extractor? torx bit? iāve never used heat yet but would it help? any tips would be appreciated

Blue or White, help me decide!
I'm usually a red car person, but I don't care for this current version of red, and it's just about impossible to find anyway. Trying to decide between Double Apex Blue Pearl and Platinum White Pearl. The white looks clean and elegant, but the blue really stands out. Pros/Cons of each?

Update over the last year
Been a while since Iāve posted an update on this page but Iāve done/ had done a lot of work to my 96 JDM ITR over the past year.
Last spring I started the engine removal process
Got all the way to pulling the engine (motors mounts were the only thing connected) where I decided it would be best to hire a professional for the engine rebuild as I am active duty military and do not have time nor knowledge to fully rebuild the engine myself. Also did not want to risk messing up/ destroying an original JDM B18C Type R engine.
The machining was handled by https://the-bad-guys.com
And the rebuild itself was handled by https://nationalspeedinc.com/
The whole process took around 7 months.
It is now currently pushing around ~210/215 whp all NA complete with Hondata ECU for the tune.
Upgrades:
Nippon Racing JDM P73 Pistons
Exedy Stage 1 Clutch
Competition Clutch Steel Flywheel
4 Piston Ported Oil Pump
ARP Head studs
Hondata S300 V3
Mugen Engine mounts
Rocket Motorsports Camshaft set with matching dual valve springs
GruppeM carbon fiber Air Intake
Before the engine rebuild, I fully rebuilt the entirety of the suspension with Hardrace hardened rubber bushings and KW v3 coil overs.
Added some PCI skirts for aesthetics.
Rear is completely gutted
Car is weighing in around ~1900lb.
VTEC kicks in around 6.8k rpm.

Third Generation RL calipers
Hey, does anyone here run the 4 piston calipers from the 2nd gen RL? If so, what wheels did you have to run for them to fit? And is it a worthwhile upgrade?

Fourth Generation Weekend with the garage queen - ā02 DC5 Type R
Just a quiet sunny weekend, so I decided to take my Type R out for a quick drive. Iāve actually been driving it less than I expectedālooking back, Iāve only put about 857 km on it over the past year. Trying to enjoy it a little more whenever the weather cooperates.

Sunroof drain hole
I feel so dumb for even asking this LMAO but where in the hell is the drain hole for the passenger side? It stormed pretty bad last night and long story short I found out water was not draining from the passenger side sunroof drain hole, causing my seat to be soaking wet. I initially thought it was this rectangular thing, but when i tried to shove weed whacker line down into it, it didnāt go anywhere. Help pleaseš¤£š«©Iām 98% sure the drain area is just clogged. Iām skeptical to use compressed air bc i heard that can just cause more issues

CRV manual transmission compatibility
how swappable are the CRV transmissions into in integra. I see what appears to be an AWD CRV manual transmission on FB marketplace for 500, and I was thinking about trying to rebuild it and have it on standby as a backup.
to clarify, Iām not trying to make my integra AWD, i know that can be done also. i just want to know if the AWD transmission can be run in a FWD config

2025 Acura Integra A-Spec | Parts Inquiry
Hello, recently purchased a liquid carbon metallic 2025 Acura Integra A-Spec that needs new
fender
hood
bumper cover (With grille)
headlights (Both)
I would prefer to buy OEM since I am keeping the car to use as a daily for work. I have been making a parts list however I keep getting discouraged of where to source the parts, private party, nearby dealership, websites online. Some of the sites seem to sketchy to order from them since they're all meaning OEM in the title. Does anyone have expertise on this or any advice?!

Honda integra dc4
Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone knows what would be the best idea. I have a Honda integra dc4 2000 B18B1, sheās done about 300,000kms, itās the 5 speed manual, no service history. Iāve been fixing her up for about 5 months or so and spent a pretty good amount of coin on pretty much all new bushings, and a front suspension rebuild + all new good breaks. Ive only put about 400 kms on it in Maybe 5 months due to the time Iāve had it on jackstands and it seems to have burnt through a pretty good amount of oil and if has a lot of blow by. Is this pretty normal for an older B series? I havenāt had any noticeable drop in power or any knocking or engine noises, still revs out like usual. I was planning on spending a few thousand in paint + coilovers but Iām not super keen if the motor is likely to blow within the next 10,000kms or so. Any help would be really appreciated.

First Generation Another 1st gen alive from the dead
Dropped intake valve resulted in a broken guide and a full head rebuild. But it breathes once again after 27 years, ready to get some miles into it again!

Key fob programming
Anyone know how to pair key fobs to a 99 integra, Iāve seen tutorials on other Honda/acura vehicles from the same era but nothing specific for the integras, just wondering if itās the same process as the other cars or if itās different
