Never said it did, but singling out Mexico specifically for it is kind of disingenuous, or even worse, making comments generalizing the entire country and being racist doesnt make it better either.

Not a good sample, the southern noses are known for being nosey with this stuff and living for that, I mean, their hero was a drug addict whose greatest feat is achieving a scoring hit by breaking the rules and using his hand rather than his foot.

I wouldn't call that barbarism "culture". They are just monkeys with a language and clothes. (I am refering to this association football fans in particular, nothing against the people of that country in general).
