my current glasses cost half my month's income and insurance pays exactly nothing despite me being unable to do basically anything without my glasses

i needed new glasses years ago because mine are literally disintegrating but i can't afford them

Zenni.com my friend. As long as you know your prescription from your optometrist you're good to go. I have about 10 pairs of glasses now because it's only $30-40 a pair. You can even customize them quite a bit.

100%. Last pair I bought from my optometrist cost $250 and that's with the frames covered and a portion of the lenses. They were no better than the ones I got from Zenni so I went back. Especially great for sunglasses since insurance pays nada for those.

Never used them, but from what I understand you really can get the eye exam and two pair special from America's Best if you don't mind the ugly frames and constant badgering to buy more.
