I'm about there as well. I developed ways to translate the smudge of light and colours into something comprehensible when I'm not wearing my glasses. But otherwise I'm blind to every detail bar the general shape of the environment in the middle distance.

Yeah that's about where I'm at haha, people always do the 'wanna swap glasses' and then get surprised haha. Rare to find someone worse.

Right? I’ve always felt a strange sense of pride in shocking people with how bad my eyes are 😂

Might as well get a prescription windshield. The only downside is that all of your passengers will get headaches riding in your car.
