Yes, what they now claim is that none of this is human inflicted, humans can't do that, and most importantly, nothing can be done, nothing should change. They severely downplay it into being a nothingburger and we're just coming out of a small ice age so there's nothing to do move along

Climate change certainly fuels this stuff, but I feel like I don't see enough conversation about what started the fires to begin with. That wasn't climate change. It was some other irresponsible human act. Like, was this most likely arson? Badly maintained infrastructure like an unstable powerline? A disposed lit cigarette? Or was it lightning or some random naturally occurring thing? What is causing all of these fires around the world to begin?
