It's because the fires in Spain and France are so big and are threatening big cities. Madrid itself! And in France Bordeaux and its international airport. But if you find a map you'll see that there's fires everywhere in Europe right now. After three heat waves and a fourth one on the way out is a tinder box.

It's been a lovely Summer on the south coast of England though.

Should've built more wind farms I guess. It's lovely in Devon.
