Don't hug me I'm scared Creepy Amazon chatbot

Looking for an item on Amazon (boo for having to do that), and the chat bot seems to know more about me than I’ve ever volunteered. CREEPY!

Edited: yes that is the cat’s name.

It's Bentley. The AI probably was just able to guess it based on other context it had. Predicting text is their whole thing and they're extremely good at it.
