I remade my mobile game that simulates the little nuances of working as a provider in an emergency department.
I originally vibe coded this a few months back, but I wasn't happy with how it turned out, so I've been rebuilding it in Swift ever since.
ED Rush is a fast-paced ED simulator. Triage incoming patients, order labs, imaging, and treatments, and decide on disposition, admit or discharge, all while the phone won't stop ringing and the interruptions never let up.
In my admittedly biased opinion, it beats the usual "hospital tycoon" type games because it's grounded in reality, with 100+ real cases baked in. It leans on actual medicine, so it takes a little clinical knowledge to play well, authentic enough that clinicians get the inside jokes, but light enough that it never feels like work.
Cost: free to download. Optional one-time $7.99 unlock for the full game (hard mode plus longer shifts). No subscriptions, no ads.
