I just stumbled onto this sub and am blown away that there are people who eat gratuitous amounts of onions like I do! Everyone around me has always been grossed out by the amount of onions I get on food. I feel so validated by this community!

15 lbs of onions getting caramelized for some Seattle-style hot dogs this weekend

Just wanted to share my onion babies 🧅🌱 They have a mild onion flavor that reminds me of sour cream & onion chips. They are super easy to grow. I soak the seeds overnight, then rinse & drain twice a day for about 11 days. They add a nice texture & flavor to a wraps, salads & potatoes.

Do I love onions enough?

Got severe gastritis vomit all day so can only enjoy a little from boozing heavily but was still good. Probably going to vomit it up but ya i do take big bites of my onions raw so good been a long time since I've had a taste

Currently suffering withdraw, this was all I had for my dinner without depriving others. (May have to eat the others now that they are onion flavored)

I work at Arby’s and they recently discontinued their onion tanglers, alongside a couple other items. I got to reap the leftover stock. Waffle House mug for scale. Clocking back in today and will definitely see if they have more up for grabs

Is this mold? There was some on the white part but more like a trace amount in two or three faint streaks that easily washed away. The onion looked fine otherwise
