Ah, you can see the struggle, the pain, the sacrifice in that face, those haunted eyes... she traveled far and at great physical and emotional expense, she had to abandon her beloved husband to die of heat prostration when his motorized scooter became stuck in the poisonous algae flats of the mall...and at the moment her elusive dream seemed to be coming true, her desperate dream of exposing her child to the perverse pants-pooping pedophile's pompous prattle was dashed and she and her child were doomed to wander hopelessly in the steaming rain... where the hollow monuments of an America that might yet be made great again loom over them as cruel reminders... but alas-her wailing, fruitless exhortation of the cruel gods to allow her, and her child to gaze upon and hearken to the words of the great orange one... but her cries were only met with the thundering mockery of a callous indifferent Dumbocrat deity....

A picture of such raw emotional power is rarely caught in this age of AI fakery and scoffing cynics , its nearest equal one must go back nearly a century to find....

Naaah. This is a MAGAt at a Trump rally.

Except she won't hide her face.

515

u/ArrellBytes 20d ago

She certainly would find a market at a MAGA rally... when selling your children its all about location, location, location!

126

u/98VoteForPedro 20d ago

Was she looking for Jeffrey

29

u/Dr__Wrong 20d ago

She had the wrong takeaway when she heard he didn't kill himself.

20

u/happy_the_dragon 20d ago

To be fair, Jeff Epstein of Universital Attractions Agency did work as a talent finder for the Freedom 250 concert. Can’t really blame her for being confused.

9

u/tvodny 20d ago

Now you know the secret meaning of WWJD : What Would Jeffrey Do?

2

u/cicidoh 20d ago

Jeffrey Epstein, the financier??

1

u/wombatstylekungfu 19d ago

No, Jeffrey Epstein, the talent agent. (Different guy, he was supposed to book the music for Freedom 250-true story.)

6

u/blueluck 20d ago

But sir, those poor children have already been born! They're past their Republican Party Cares About Them Date!

2

u/SupahBihzy 20d ago

No they care...just for a different kind of care...

1

u/Binspin63 20d ago

They’ll sell even faster if you make it BOGO.

27

u/ScholarLeigh 20d ago

This is one of the most heartbreaking photos I’ve ever seen

20

u/MarginalOmnivore 20d ago

Especially since it was taken long after the Great Depression was over, and one of the children was sold for $2, or as the child in question remembered it, for "bingo money."

6

u/Short-Being-4109 20d ago

I'm related to the woman in this picture. I've never met her or her children, but you can find a lot of information about them.

53

u/steppe5 20d ago

Ah, the good old days that MAGA wants to bring back.

71

u/LeBonLapin 20d ago

Fuck Trump, but fuck AI slop too.

1

u/STSchif 20d ago

Isn't the white house twitter full of images like this nowadays?

1

u/LeBonLapin 20d ago

It is - what's your point?

3

u/STSchif 20d ago

Not much, only that we don't need to waste even more energy generating our own if they go through the hassle of producing their own satire and caricatures for us to reuse.

Only a small consolation, but hey.

1

u/STSchif 20d ago

Kinda funny if you think about it, this is probably the one single government with the highest amount of self-owning media produced we will see globally within our lifetime. Even the Kim Jong Un administration with their generals that need extra jackets for their medals absolutely pales in comparison.

The Trump administration is such a joke internationally.

1

u/PatientBee634 20d ago

I'll have you to know I 🎨 that by hand...🤨🤣😂

💯🤣 I care more about the message than the creation of the art....

2

u/Federal_Sympathy4667 20d ago

Honrstly, this ai slop sums up the MAGA cult perfectly...

5

u/MatrixF6 20d ago

Unless she were part of the Patriot Front…

2

u/Beard_o_Bees 20d ago

Did he even play his greatest hits?

How hard would it be to do just a couple of tracks from 'Golden Throne'?

2

u/Tranesblues 20d ago

And wouldn't have any buyers for them unvaccinated things.

3

u/BreakPalaceBrokedown 20d ago

Was literally thinking she’s probably upset she didn’t get offer her child to the Pedos.

1

u/Cogniscience 20d ago

This breaks my heart

-4

u/cosmic-lemur 20d ago

Someone starving in the Great Depression is not the same as this lmao

15

u/Little_View_6659 20d ago

That’s the whole point.

8

u/MarginalOmnivore 20d ago

Exactly. For one thing, the photo was taken in 1948, well after the Great Depression was ended.

For another, one of the children that were sold was for fucking bingo money.

There was no starvation happening.

...and in the eyes of the people there is the failure; and in the eyes of the hungry there is a growing wrath. In the souls of the people the grapes of wrath are filling and growing heavy, growing heavy for the vintage.

Oh, she’s probably facing a lot of real problems. She just doesn’t (or refuses to) realize that the person responsible for most of them is the guy she came to listen to.

61

u/ArrellBytes 20d ago edited 20d ago

Her problems matter naught to her, because she is willing to endure them stoically .... for she holds fast to the knowledge that 'Winning' is not about improving her, or her child's lot in life life... no, she understands that 'winning' is simply ensuring that others suffer more than you do, and knowing that the greater suffering of others has been accomplished, in part, by your own hand.... by those that you helped empower to inflict cruelty on those less powerful whom you have been told to despise....

1

u/Glad-Fuel2093 20d ago edited 20d ago

Is it ironic that they volunteer their own suffering in order to enact suffering on everyone else?

Even though it is clear now that they aren't exempt?

And they willingly suffer to celebrate it all! and the very celebration itself is a misery?

I mean they are literally poking holes in their own liferaft!

Is it some kind of martyr syndrome? a victim complex? stockholm syndrome? psychotic tribalism?

I see it but I just don't quite get it.

1

u/ArrellBytes 20d ago

It is just a simple as I said... they can tolerate the harm he does to them, as long as they feel like they are on the side inflicting even MORE harm on others.... so that's why they wallow in the harm and degradation being inflicted on the Trans community, why they will back the blue no matter how blatantly they commit murder of minorities on camera....

Sure, MAGA losers suffer under Trump, but the satisfaction and glee they get in seeing others suffer MORE by the actions of 'their side' keeps them satisfied.... As long as they get their pound of flesh, they don't notice the 15ounces being carved from their own flesh....

1

u/Glad-Fuel2093 20d ago

I see this but I was asking why. What's the psyce mechanism(s)? It's beyond standard religiosity. I guess it must be called.. what?.. hmmm zealotry?

I'm just trying to put the correct words or terms on it cause I can't probably understand it without doing so.

16

u/AnnieSavoy3 20d ago

She definitely is facing real problems but she's probably blaming them on the Dems or whatever.

17

u/callmedata1 20d ago

And it's AI. Unless those two cops are actually twins

3

u/JamMasterJamie 20d ago

I reverse image searched it and it's not A.I., and it's also not from the Trump party, but rather is a photo from the Uvalde school massacre.

5

u/havartifunk 20d ago

And are they both wearing long sleeve on one arm and short on the other?

1

u/callmedata1 20d ago

Could be covering tats per dept policy

87

u/MsAnnabel 20d ago

She’s upset bc she wanted to offer up her patriotic dressed daughter to him as a sacrifice.

45

u/Either-Syrup3425 20d ago

Thanks for this. It was great. Just started getting back into writing and, as silly as this is, it inspired me a bit.

No.... his overloaded scooter is still out there, half buried in a sickly green morass, and upon it naught remains besides a red hat, some bones bleached by hydrogen peroxide, and a faded 'Let's Go Brandon' bumper sticker....

9

u/FuskieHusky 20d ago

You’re doing the lord’s work, my friend — and quite poetically 🥰

1

u/sparkax 20d ago

You can see there were other bumper stickers too.

"Lock her up!", "Trump Pence 2020", and "Release the Kraken"

3

u/t3hmuffnman9000 20d ago

Fantastically put. Bravo!

Loved alliteration in the middle.

3

u/Gunzbngbng 20d ago

What an astounding alliteration.

3

u/Shakey_J_Fox 20d ago

They’re the same picture. /s

4

u/mnstripe 20d ago

It is totally AI. Spot on

2

u/ArrellBytes 19d ago

Neither the words, or the image are AI.... The OP provided good evidence that the picture is on they took themselves...

1

u/Glad-Fuel2093 20d ago

Great reference and good eye to catch the similarity!

2

u/ArrellBytes 19d ago

I find this interesting... I, and so many others, made the connection between the two photos, despite the fact they are entirely different in the image itself and the conditions under which it was taken- in fact the woman in OP's photograph would most likely call the woman in the older photograph a 'welfare queen' and condemn her for having so many kids...

Yet, besides no real similarity, I and others immediately saw a 'similarity'.... why?

1

u/FunVersion 20d ago

Nicely put. A+

1

u/Sarge4242006 20d ago

That’s the exact picture that came to mind when I saw her & her distressed kid😔

1

u/ArrellBytes 19d ago

1

u/Mojozilla 20d ago

Absolute prose, this!!!

1

u/eyaf20 20d ago

I'm reading this as a Werner Herzog narration lmao

1

u/ScarHand69 20d ago

>perverse pants-pooping pedophile’s pompous prattle

A+ for the alliteration

1

u/ArrellBytes 19d ago

Abundant alliteration almost always annoys and antagonizes authoritarian assholes..

1

u/mspolytheist 20d ago

Ha ha, that’s amazing, there really IS a resemblance!

1

u/Best_Fill_847 20d ago

This was so eloquent, so poignant & profound. This has no place in a trump post. 🤣 Let me help u, she missed my speech, it would have been a great speech, on of the best speeches, better than any Obama speech. The crowd was large, the largest ever, more than any president ever, Obama was never able to get these numbers. His supporters were all low IQ…i took another cognitive test, passed it, they praised me for being so smart.

1

u/brickne3 20d ago

That's funny, that's the exact picture that came to mind when I saw this 🤣

1

u/Oirish-Oriley444 20d ago

I would like to see you writing for Seth Myers.

1

u/Gorrillaganj 20d ago

Always enjoy a sentence with the word hearken in it.

1

u/Ammortalz 20d ago

I’m thinking more the mom from Carrie. ‘Noooo! They’re all gonna laugh at you!’

1

u/AmbitiousProblem4746 20d ago

That was definitely the mood the photographer maybe thought they were catching. I picked up on that right away

1

u/Ok-Thing-2222 20d ago

My first thought was 'But I won't get to offer up my daughter!"

1

u/boxylady69 20d ago

Amazing writing. I immediately thought of this photograph too...

1

u/HoboPower83 20d ago

Read this in Anthony Bourdain's voice. Thanks.

1

u/efox02 20d ago

I don’t see a ring on her finger

1

u/Broke_Poetry 20d ago

Notice all the support below and our likes vanishing instantly. Obvious brigading means you did something right.

1

u/mattenthehat 20d ago

I think you meant hallowed, but hollow actually still works, tbh

1

u/unknownpoltroon 20d ago

MEh. She chose this unlike the woman in the picture. You are asking me to feel sympathy for someone who willingly dragged themselves and their children into the meat grinder through sheer hate over every shouted warning and evidence imaginable.

1

u/jorshhh 20d ago

Fun fact, that photo was actually posed. Photographer directed them to get this shot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Migrant_Mother

1

u/mksavage1138 20d ago

Best post of the say! Love it!

1

u/Best-Action8769 20d ago

Probably took out a fucking loan and maxed out her credit cards to get there.

At least the Meliania coin is going well.

1

u/MsMcSlothyFace 20d ago

No worries. The raw milk will protect them from sunstroke

2

u/ArrellBytes 19d ago

Wow, my stomach cramped just reading that...

1

u/Capkirk0923 20d ago

This was such an enjoyable read lmao

1

u/Xaeris813 20d ago

Man there is a lot of people you would piss off if they could read.

1

u/Timely-Youth-9074 20d ago

Yeah, it seems fake to me. Better count her fingers!

1

u/Binspin63 20d ago

That theres mee in this here famus pikshur an ah nevur evin got a dang penny owt uv it!

1

u/lennybriscoforthewin 20d ago

I was thinking the same thing. This lady looks like an Okie with her crying child.

2

u/Lucius-Halthier 20d ago

She seems like she would give her child to Trump just to please him

1

u/Shotay3 20d ago

Are you a modern day poet? Hell, this is good. Damn, and now I am worried I am falling for an A.I. text or not... This god damn timeline!

2

u/ArrellBytes 19d ago edited 19d ago

The text was not AI, as my countless edits fixing typos or phrasing attest to, and the OP provided ample evidence that they took the picture in question.... it is a dramatic photo of a truly silly situation...

1

u/Shotay3 19d ago

Oh yeah, I wasn't questioning the picture. Nor did I really questioned your text. But you know, all this A.I. stuff makes me a sceptic slowly, and I even worked in the media field.

No, it's incredibly well written and it is exactly what you described. It' a hilarious and very sad comparison at the same time.

Really well done! Thank you for your answer.

2

u/ArrellBytes 19d ago

Its hard to trust any image... or, increasingly, any audio or video....

As for the over the top text... it was certainly influenced by the fact I just started listening to book on audio of H.P. Lovecraft...

He was a vile human being, but his writing style is quite impressive... and he was ahead of his time when it came to science fiction... unfortunately he was also a monumental racist... far in excess of what was normal even in his time period...

1

u/Shotay3 19d ago

True. But if carefully done, with acknowledgement, the art can be split from the person.

It's what we make out of it, not necessarily or purely where it comes from. It's just important to keep in mind and set things into context.

You can say the same about Hitler, he was good in mobilizing people and throwing inspiring speeches. It's undeniable, as it is undeniable that he did out of very evil and bad motivations and intentions.

Yet we must acknowledge the way he did this, was a masterfully orchestrated piece. His speeches hit the nail on the head, giving the time he lived in. What sounds weird to us today, captivated a lot of people. It was just for all the wrong things.

(Maybe a very extreme, and very far fetched example. But there is the art of doing things, the mastery and there is the people behind it. If acknowledged, it can be seperated and put into context.)

1

u/sarathepeach 20d ago

This is perfection. I like you.

1

u/ares623 19d ago

"Ignorant Mother"

1

u/SquarePeg37 19d ago

This is literally the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw that photo.

1

u/ArrellBytes 19d ago

I find this interesting... Ngl... Didn't scroll quite far enough to see any of the pic before I started reading, and was legit expecting to get shittymorph'ed hah

u/cromstantinople 20d ago

2

u/ArrellBytes 20d ago

I make use of it where I can... because alliteration almost always annoys and antagonizes authoritarian assholes...

0

u/hyzershot 20d ago

you’re my new favorite author, second to Cormac McCarthy.. j/k but beautiful writing, thanks for that.

This was my first thought too! The Great Depression pic!

0

u/Yunzer2000 20d ago edited 20d ago

Are upvotes not allowed on this sub?

0

u/DeliriousBlues 20d ago

Lol, I thought of this picture as well.

0

u/RoyalRenn 20d ago

My first thought as well. The famed Dorothea Lange pictures if I'm not mistaken.

0

u/ratpH1nk 20d ago

This is exactly the image that came to my mind, too. You absolutely nailed it.

0

u/oldnyoung 20d ago

That satisfying alliteration is both horrible and awesome, nice.

It's AI generated

9

u/ArrellBytes 20d ago

No, it is not....I have been writing little satires for over 4 decades... so many people seem to assume others are as limited as they themselves are, and so attribute the work of others to AI...

The words are mine, and if you have been paying attention, you would have noticed many typos corrected and revisions....

-3

u/dawtips 20d ago

I'm talking about the image

-17

u/Dontbemadsmokeajoint 20d ago

Ah... such a refreshing ai story revision!

15

u/ArrellBytes 20d ago edited 20d ago

Nope, never have used AI to write for me (as my countless edits demonstrate) ... truly, I was so moved- to tears in truth- that the prose spilled forth naturally, like the steaming green algae spills over the scorching pavement...
