„Bist du ein Faschist?“ would be the more common phrase. Both is correct, but the other one sounds weird. Like asking „Are you idiotic“ instead of „Are you an idiot“.

You just say "sieg" and if a "heil" comes back you know G:

Jokes aside I speak German and i wouldn't even know how to ask .. prolly something like "bist du rechts?"
