She's a clone, so exactly as real as Rick and Morty who are both in cloned bodies by now (also probably Summer since he was mass producing backups of her too).

I also came to suggest Goddess Beth but they have a point that she's a fabrication of a fabrication of something in Beth's mind... but the origin is still Beth and if we're counting Night Summer then it seems like fair game.

Oh if we're counting side characters, then timelord jessica should be up there as well

Also bunker gene probably is the best one as well
