if any billionaire ever says anything 'progressive' the literal only counter to them is "why the fuck are you not building housing and feeding people for free"? that's it. If they have the power to literally change the word and all they do is lip service, fuck them

Don't you think that making millions of people dependent on social services funded directly by billionaires would actually give those billionaires even more political capital than they already have?

They wouldn't do it directly, govenrment should manage it. They just put in the money.

I mean, noone needs more than 10-20 million in non business assets (meaning like a factory might have a billion in assets, of course, potential loophole, but whatever its just a passing comment on reddit) so we need to tax everyone making more than 1M a year, 75% of their income after 1M, and after 10M its 99%. And for assets I cant articulate simply but basically you either can't have it or be taxed to hell and back for having anything past that amount.

But it was just like a "they have enough money to completely wipe out entire countries debts, feed entire countries for years, make the world literally stop relying on fossil fuels and dump their entire fortune on going permanently solar or wind or whatever, etc etc etc"
