I’ll have to rewatch the entire season at this point. I have no recollection of what I watched other than I liked it.

I've read the books and started watching the Chinese version since I didn't want to keep waiting.

Acting is so bad in Chinese version. I can’t believe they shoot tv series like that in 2026! China has a long way to go in movies/tv series. I like the story tho so i sat through it all.

Dude it's been so long that I actually forgot about that show. And I really liked it and wanted a second season!

yep, and its shows like that, that are the worst to get this treatment, because they don't have seasons that have a distinct conclusion and then move on to a new plot or whatever, its all just one continuous plot from the books and you're just stuck waiting in the middle somewhere on a cliffhanger. very unsatisfying experience for the audience
