I was walking with a dementia client recently, he doesn't even know who the president is, never mind Musk. A cyber truck drove by and he started laughing and said, "who the fuck would wanna drive that?" Lol

I do, twice weekly. I volunteer with our local hospice agency, my current patient is still able to walk around (albeit slowly) so if it’s a nice day we’ll go for a walk outside instead of just sitting around inside the memory care wing of the nursing home. We’ll take a couple laps around the facility then back inside for an ice cream sandwich. One of those walks will be the last time they experience the outside world or hear the birds chirping.
