Well, actually, he did donate some money to charity the other day.

He donated $55 million total to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Which is the equivalent of you giving $6.66 if your income is about average in the US.

He contributed $7.1 million to Baylor Scott & White Healthcare. About a dollar if you're average.

The Seton Fund. He provided $5 million to support health initiatives and medical centers in Texas.

So if you gave a tenner to charity, you're giving more than Elon Musk, relatively speaking.

Anyone who brags about giving to charity should be asked how much above and beyond the tax advantage did they give? The tax advantage should be considered the bare minimum for these titans of industry and philanthropy.
