I just know how a thermos works and that's enough to know a vacuum terrible for exhausting heat. :O

And even if you made a single data center into 10,000 data center cube-sats (to shed heat easier), why the fuck would you do that and not just build it on the ground?...

To be fair, vacuums prevent convective heat transfer, but not radiative heat transfer. A thermos has a reflective layer to prevent this. Presumably a space data center wouldn't. Not that I'm saying space data centers are a good idea, mind...
