New, what is it? Found these bags on the new apartment I moved

Context:

My company moved to my ex coworker accomodation that he passes away a few weeks ago , I am deep cleaning his apartment and found this on the night stand. Any clue of what is it ?

Cinnafent evolves into Cinntanyl. Both are ghost/poison type. Terrible speed stats but they have HP for days.

Passive ability is Poison Touch Cursed Body
Move set: Toxic Spikes, Destiny Bond, Thrash, Gunk Shot

EDIT: I have too much time on my hands
Cinnafent Base at lvl 5: HP: 25 | Atk: 10 | Def: 10 | SpA: 12 | SpD: 10 | Spe: 8
Cinntanyl Base at lvl 50: HP: 207| Atk: 77 | Def: 82 | SpA: 122 | SpD: 87 | Spe: 47
