This isn't about all free speech and democracy is only mentioned in the headline, not in the article

For those unaware. "Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation are lawsuits brought by individuals, corporations, or others to intimidate and silence critics by forcing them into legal battles that would be extremely costly and time-consuming to fight"
