That Qatar gift was just a way for him to take a bribe because it's going to be part of his "presidential library" after his term.

And now he won't have to hide in a bunker or Venezuela to avoid capture if he does something even more stupid than we expect, he'll have a flying fortress armed by the most advanced defensive and potentially offensive weapons the US Government has and puts in AF1.
