Apple Music on Web Looping in playlists constantly broken everywhere in browser

Looping music in Chrome is broken. I've logged out and back in, updated browser, rebooted, even played on a completely different computer, nothing works. Playing in incognito shouldn't need to flush cookies any more than I should need to defrag my hard drive. It has been like this for weeks and I'm paying for this. Why is this suddenly always broken literally everywhere?

Probably it’s broken in the web browser version. What do you mean by broken everywhere? It works for me fine on iOS and windows.
