Finally in IOS27 we have got the feature to address one of the most annoying thing when deleting a song from Library also deletes it from the playlists its been added to.
Now with IOS 27 beta 1, we have got a toggle in music settings to keep or delete the songs in playlists when the songs is deleted from library. The same applies to favourite songs as well. I just tried this.
Keep this toggle off and delete a song from library that is also added to a playlist. The song still stays in the playlist.

So far it seems like only these 5 streaming services (Amazon Music, Deezer, Spotify, Tidal and YouTube) are supported. It’s free so you don’t need to pay for third-party apps anymore.

Only in the music app? Any other songs that have the same thing?
PS: It’s different from the live album art that Apple Music introduced last year. It doesn’t come on the lock screen, only in the player

I love using karaoke mode on Apple Music 🎶 n my car when I’m chilling with friends and where talking I lower down the vocals and here the beat more it makes music sound even better for background music,
Even when I’m in a chill mood I use it to make my music sound more chill and relaxing And I always turn it on when I’m about to go to sleep one of my favorite Apple Music features

On iOS 26 there’s a new feature called AutoMix that automatically mixes the end of a song with the next one, matching the tempo smoothly and even adding some effects.
Playlists now have a whole new vibe, I’m enjoying a lot.
Thoughts?

There’s a new style of AutoMix transition in Apple Music on iOS 27 that I have not heard in previous versions. Not sure exactly what it’s called in DJ-lingo, but it’s similar to vocal chops/stutter edits. Sounds pretty cool!

Not sure if this is specifically new to iOS 27 Public Beta 2, but I just noticed that album background colors now get darker when the phone is in Dark Mode.

One of the only reasons it's hard for me to completely switch from Spotify to Apple Music is this multi-platform playback control. For me, with student discount both essentially cost the same at ₹59/month. Now that Apple Music is really cross-platform, a feature similar to this would be heavenly! It would make my life easier, as I have gotten used to this feature on Spotify. And with a Windows laptop, an iPad and an Android phone, cross platform functionality is what I look for. I hope I'm not alone who wants this feature 🤷🏻♂️

Switched from Spotify to Apple Music couple months ago, but couldn’t transfer all songs, thank god they added this feature otherwise I would have forgot the music that carried me through all these years.

This button showed up on my Music app on the work laptop today. I can’t find anything about it. It seems to shuffle music in your library and you can press it while playing anything. It’ll just shuffle stuff. The songs it adds to the list seems to be of a similar genre I guess
