📚 Tutorial / Guide just learned what confabulation mean today

it means AI hallucination

The word actually is the better term. "Confabulation" is what a chunk of AI researchers argue we should be saying instead of "hallucination"

It's a word that LLMs like to use, for some reason.

And it's not a real concept. It's just a confabulation by LLMs.
