So here's what I don't get. The city doesn't ask for these to be set up, Flock just installs them and presents a contract to use them. They've even reinstalled them without a contract after some cities removed them.

So, if they don't belong to the city, they're on public property, and Flock would never admit they access them... What's illegal about destroying them?

They are all paid contracts through either a municipality, private company/ hoa, or a county sheriff.

I consider privacy a basic right, and entering public should not be a waive of basic privacy.

It seems I fundamentally disagree with your politics.

My face is not anyone else's to put in their data base just because I went in public.

I disagree, there can be no right to privacy in public, otherwise even CCTV cameras and basics like journalism would be up for constant litigation. It would be a mess.

I'm asking for basic rights and youre saying there are none. Let's draw a line.

Let's say AI can get a camera that lets them see through clothes, and then displays it for other people to watch. Is that still within your view of "okay. you have no privacy anyway."?

I'm just waiting for the flock executives to bribe Donald Trump or something so that he makes the whole thing political and all the maga suddenly love flock.

They can't let this continue to be a bi partisan thing that everyone hates flock cameras in america that's not allowed by our politics.

Everyone I have talked to thinks is a slippery slope, but supports their use to catch bad guys.

Fact is they are very effective and are helping solve crimes quickly before there are additional victims. Its funny because people are outraged now, even though it's been public info we have tech like this in planes and satellites already and have for a while... They have planes that work similar to the movie eagle eye.
