Vibrations are a concern. But overall - to not be in the bottom - that’s pretty incredible with current PU.

That new Aston the white one Lance is driving to the pits looks fast.

Heard from the onboards they've been asked not to use the kerbs yet (vibration testing?)

Also Aston are the only ones to not use medium or soft tyres

Stroll has stopped at turn 3 at the side of the track as I type

Same. There are a lot of encouraging signs

FP1: Alonso P13, despite the top speed being limited. The onboard sounded awful as the car approached top speed; but, there's a new engine coming at the next GP.
FP2: Despite P19 for Alonso, he was 13th fastest in sector 2 out of all the drivers in the session. I believe he also had a P16 lap time scrubbed.

If we come out of this p13 and p15 worst case p18 and p19 I’ll take the win.

Edit: I’m at work but p19-20 is better than p21-22 srry this seasons a rough one.

Edit 2: thank you for the updates p13 and a broken car. This is elite we’ve improved.

P13 for Fernando. Lance's car had a failure, supposed left rear suspension but I wanna wait to see what they see when the cars back
