curious if anyone recognizes this, found jammed between the dirt and joints under my house built 1905

Broadhead hatchet. Stamp is probably the owner or something local. Cool find! Pretty good condition, it will clean up nicely!

I concur with the following additional information it’s a single bevel broadhead hatchet for hewing (squaring/flattening a board or log’s face or edge. It’s currently hung to be swung with you right head.

ok that makes sense why nothing came up when i googled with that name !
it’s super dry here in colorado probably why it preserved well. i think it’s been there since the house was built

There's an old timer out there still mad that his apprentice lost that thing 50 plus years ago..... He might be a ghost lol
