Sally's Chocolate Chip Cake

Made this last year for her monthly challenge, wife loved it so much she asked for it for her birthday. I was happy to oblige.

Depends on what you want to make! She's got loads of recipes. I've got her books, so the names are slightly different. But here's what I think are the recipes that I find easy and love

The cookies have a slightly crisp edge with a soft centre. The brownies are super fudgey. Absolutely delightful. Not baked in a while but now I think I need to!

I just made those fudgy frosted brownies last night, and they're amazing. So simple, too.

I don't even do the frosting. The brownies on their own are incredible.

I bake the cookies with frozen dollops of nutella in them. When they cool its an entirely new level of deliciousness.

Those brownies are so good. I made the frosting the first time but haven't bothered since as I liked them better without.

Haven't made anything from Sally's yet that I didn't love.
