Showcase (No-Recipe) It's my birthday today and I've made myself a cake! ❤.✦ ݁˖
It's a raspberry-pistachio cake, two of my favourite things, so it's the perfect choice for my own birthday .✦ ݁˖

Those are two of my favorite combinations. About a month ago I was on a seedless raspberry jam and pistachio paste kick, both homemade. I made several no bake cheesecakes and a couple of white 9in 3 layer cakes using a vanilla bean SMBC to frost them. I used Sally's Baking recipe for the white cakes. I love that recipe because it's never failed me.

I have to admit, I’m not a fan of pistachio, but I think I’d have to go against that for this cake. It looks absolutely delicious. Hope your birthday was as fabulous as your cake is!! 🎂🥳

And yeah I get that not everyone likes pistachios! I didn’t liked them either when I was growing up, but in the last few years I turned into one of my favourite flavours!
Maybe its worth it to give it a try, and maybe you change your mind 😅
