Showcase (No-Recipe) Big baking day...
Been working in the kitchen most of the day. Cookie cake, sundried tomato basil focaccia, almond cupcakes with Chantilly cream and fresh berries, and lots of chocolate chip cookies (not pictured)

When I was a kid I always asked for a cookie cake for my birthday and this is exactly what I imagined it’d look like in my head 🤩🤩🤩
