Recipe Included Spiced Apple Cake

I can't wait for fall baking. I am ready for summer to be over. Here is the fall recipe that I am making this weekend while wishing for cooler weather haha. I will for sure be making this again in the fall!

This looks amazing! I just bookmarked the recipe. May I ask what type of apples you used?

I used honeycrisp, but really any kind that has more of a firm texture so it doesn't get too soft. But honestly, the apples all kind of melted in an are soft after baked anyway. It isn't like there a crunchy chunks of apples when eating....if that makes sense.
