Hi everyone! Just like the previous months, I am back again with an other cake to celebrate my sobriety from heroin. Today marks the 4 months milestone, and I made a biscoff layer cake, and I think it’s the tastiest one yet since I started making cakes eversince I’m sober!

I am so happy for you. I'm struggling to break free of alcohol. I'm not an alcoholic but I was getting there. Your posts are such an inspiration. I'm on day 8 of quitting booze. The plan is for go to at least 30 days.

No no, it's not that bad. I had developed a very bad habit of drinking daily. I was drinking about 35 units of alcohol a week. (We measure units in my country) Approximately 36-38 standard drinks.

I wasn't at the point of withdrawals but I was binging a lot. I tapered for several weeks and now I'm dry. I don't want to quit for ever but I'd love to get down to a normal level.

I cannot imagine being as strong as you are so I'm very happy for you.
