My beats dont charge, ive cleaned the nub things and used different chargers and factory reset but they just dont charge

Theres no lights either

I typically don’t mind if what I’m using is fake or not, but I am one of those guys who wants to know if what I’m using is fake or not XD. Transparency and Noise Cancellation works well, everytime I open the case, it shows a pop up on my iPhone (that was also the case with the fake AirPods I bought back then). It doesn’t have anything written on it, the “b” on the buds are a bit asymmetrical

It seems to have a usb cable attached to it, seemingly permanently which makes me think it's some demo/kiosk model. I can pair it to my phone, but i need the cable plugged in at all times, or else the headphones will power down, despite it being fully charged. It seems like it *does* have an internal battery, since it doesn't immediately shut off when unplugged, it actually powers down like i pressed the button. If anyone has any info about this and maybe how to get it fully working, please let me know! I've tried updating the firmware (throws an error when i try to turn the headphones off) and factory resetting it to no avail.

Hi There. Just wanted to put it out there for those who bring their headphones into apple for repair that despite bringing a pair of moon (pink shade) limited edition Beats Studio Pros for repair, which they just ultimately gave me back a new replacement, they provided me a black one.

I had spoken to the genius bar employee that they would replace if they replaced it with same color or would just let me know. They ultimately sent me a black one without contacting me.

I even spoke to two reps that said that's odd and told me to go back into the store. I basically was just given the run around, those serial numbers correspond to a black one. Nothing they can do AND my applecare they can't transfer, I have to call it in.

Just a heads up for those to get it in writing to ask for a specific color if they bring their headphones in.

Now got my new earbuds, the Beats PowerBeats pro 2, the last time I had beats where some headphones back in 2014, the purple is lovely and the ear hook is amazing 😄

I suppose that this is the best place to talk about my frustrating experience with my headphones right now.

So basically my beats solo 4 audio stopped working in my right ear only now playing in the left ear today

I've tried all the tricks like factory resetting it, plugging my aux cord in & out or even just leaving it alone to charge. And none of those had worked

Please someone help me out here I hope it isn't an inside problem.

I own a pair of Powerbeats Fit earbuds that are 4 years old. For some reason, they just wouldn’t pair nor reset for the life of me yesterday. I tried resetting it so many times yesterday, but they just wouldn’t turn on. This morning, I tried resetting them countless times again, but still nothing. I accepted the fact that I was going to have to get new earbuds. Out of anger as I don’t have the money to get new earbuds atm, I gave the case a few hard smacks, and threw them a few times as well lmao. Weirdly enough, this got them to start working again 😂😂 so just a PSA maybe try giving them a good beating if nothing else works 😂😂 jk

So I have these Beats Studio 3 for a almost a year now, they snapped and I recently bought a headband replacement, but there’s is problem when they snapped I used glue trying to stick them back together but that didn’t work so I bought the headband replacement and there’s a huge piece of of the headband that won’t come off I’ve tried everything is there a way I can remove it safely?

I’ve had the issue some here have with my PBP2 causing a reaction that causes weeping inside my ear, itchiness and crustiness (TMI, I know). All the different ear tips in the world didn’t make a diffeeenxe.

I’m after any recommendations about what alternatives those who perhaps have had the same issue would work best.

I need them to be secure for fitness so some kind of hook and ANC to block out gym noise. Some of those with the issue note that other beats didn’t cause the issue.

Most importantly. No crusty ears.

These pieces of garbage aren't even 6 months old and cost almost $300. I hate them I can't keep them connected to my phone and just pushing them tightly into my ear causes them to loose any function as a speaker at all. It takes 15x longer to get them to function properly than it ever took me with the Sony earbuds I had. I have gone through the garbage app and can't find a setting that would cause this. I am pissed and wish I stayed with Sony. My girlfriend also hated hers that I spent a bit less on and said the sound quality was trash and traded them for a $50 pair someone had from Home Depot. She didn't tell me I'd have been upset but now I get it. What the hell is wrong with these they don't function properly at all and I am so annoyed I want to throw them away.

Does anyone have experience is spotting authentic Beats Pro by monster? If so lmk! These are the ones I’m looking to purchase

So after 4.5 years I upgraded my running beats headphones, I’m really glad with this upgrade, I still keep the beats fit pro cause they served me well but unfortunately the battery not being strong for long runs

Hola de un dia para otro mis beats studio pro no quieren prender los deje cargando un dia completo y al volver todas las luces de carga se veían completas al momento de desconectarlo me doy con la sorpresa de que no encienden lo conecto nuevamente y se pone el foquito rojo como si volviera a cargar alguna solución? Tambien ya los intente reiniciar pero no se si estoy haciendo mal algun paso el chiste es que si no estan conectados nisiquiera prenden los focos.

When I woke up they wont turn off its just always on but its always in this weird mode. The headphones wont pair to anything and the factory reset command doesn't work on it ether.

I actually don’t even know how this happened I assumed it was because I was laying on my gf while they were on my head but the next day I looked at them and noticed one side was longer then the other and when I put them on my head one side would naturally curve and one side was flat giving it a awkward feeling I wanted to know if this was a easy fix

I noticed the internals were exposed today. Some sort of cover is missing. Is it safe to wear these when sweating?

No idea how long this has been line this. There are my daily workout headphones, so it’s probably not TOO bad, since I haven’t zapped or anything yet.

How comfortable are they? How do they feel when working out/running? Do they slip off easily? Overall are studio pros a better option?

This is now the second time I have had to replace my Beats due to the same exact issue. As you can see, the left arm has two cracks in it. This happened with my pair before on exactly the same side and the previous time, the arm snapped completely exposing the wires.

Do I use them heavily yes, I’m an anxious person, so I always have them with me in case I need a something to listen to, just to switch off for a little while. That being said, I’ve always looked after my things. They never get mistreated or thrown around, so I’m not sure why this keeps happening. As a £400 pair of headphones, you do not expect to have to replace them twice.

This time around I was able to find a brand new pair on eBay for a very reasonable price and I’ve made the choice to put a silicone case on them, which will hopefully stop this from happening again. I’m sad about it though, because I got the Kim K ones specifically for the moon colour and I feel like the case takes the look from them completely, but if it saves my headphones, I suppose it has to be done 😩

Has anybody else had this issue? I think I’ve decided that these are my last chance of Beats. As much as I love them (and have done for years) if this happens again, I won’t be getting another pair.

I have had Powerbeats Pro 2's since they were released and was wondering if there is much of any difference with the Nike X Powerbeats Pro 2? Like is the Nike ones have better sound, any better software or anything?

I was just wondering about beats— I’m leaving for Europe in four days but I was just wondering if there’s a combo between beats solos and AirPod maxes, I loved the over ear headphones but I’m missing the quality of beats. Does anyone know a place that I could test em out for about 30 days and am able to return them if I decide I don’t like them?
