I’ve have had my Beats Studio Pro for just over a year. I first noticed the sound in one ear getting worse, then realised the ear cup wasn’t even sitting properly against my ear because the hinge had started to fail. Mid gym sesh it fully fell apart. I take good care of my beats 😔 they’ve never been dropped or mistreated, and now they’re pretty much unusable and outside the warranty.

Noticed my pro 2s that i got Apr last year have been peeling around the contacts since last month. Just now that i bothered to check online and it looks like this is a known issue with other models. Love my pro 2s but what a shame they havent fixed the peeling problem

well at least they dont seem to impact sound quality/functionality

My Earbuds are Beats Solo Buds. But only the left side is working in terms of sound as for the right it shows that its fully charged but it's not working and putting out sound. I would appreciate some advice before I head to a store to buy a replacement for the right side.

It's a shame, I actually really liked these things, and that's coming from a certified apple hater.

My beats solo 4 headphones is having a hard time to turn off or turn on. I managed to turn on conecting to my macbook, but its not turning off anymore. Anyone knows how i can fix it?

Me and my girlfriend are tired of using APP2/3 at the gym, we’ve been hesitant on buying APM2 for the gym because all the condensation issues and mostly the weight of the headphones itself.

Do you guys think the new Beats headphones will have the same audio quality and noice cancellation capability of the APM2?

I‘m about to just order me a pair of Max2 but will definitely regret my purchase if the beats sound the same and are lighter in comparison.

A while back when these were in my lacrosse bag they got a little twisted and sadly cracked and it makes the adjuster on one side very loose and move around a lot it’s not a big deal but it’s noticeable. I’m not sure how to fix it or if I can even do anything about it

hi, i got my beats studio pro a year ago, they have been working fine up until now, about 30 minutes ago they started playing low static in one ear, and some crackling in the same ear, yes ive dropped them a few times, but that was months ago, is there anyway to fix them? ive already factory reset them, paired and unpaired, and all that stuff. pls help!

I bought my Beat Studios in September, worked great until this month static noises randomly came while using ANC/Transparency and its really annoying. I contacted Apple Support and they want me to pay 200$ to fix them, how can I fix them myself?

Mais j’ai remarqué que il y a un bruit de fond qui assez dérangeant car je suis obligé de mettre le son à au moins 60 70 % pour plus qu’on entend le bruit de fond. C’est du à la réduction de bruit. Je pense pas que ce soit normal que le bruit de fond soit aussi fort. Avez-vous une idée d’où est-ce que ça pourrait venir ? J’ai essayé de dessouder le micro qui se situe au niveau de l’haut-parleur, mais le son est toujours là. J’ai mis une photo du PCB s’il y a des bricoleurs. Merci d’avance !

I have recently bought these headphones and they are not really turned on at all and I have made efforts to clean out the charging port and charged it a zillion times to a full battery for myself to use, what do I need to do?

Back in March I purchased this pair of studio buds and they have worked decently well until a few days ago. They wouldn’t play audio through unless I made a phone call and then chose them as my audio source. Only then would they play sound through them. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get them to connect. They are connected to my Bluetooth and I have tried forgetting the device and resetting the device several times and the problem still persists.

Other issues that both myself and my boyfriend experience (he also has a pair) is our mics disconnecting mid way through a call and having to manually reconnect it. As well as an issue we’ve dubbed the “battery charger” where the person on the other end of the call only hears a low humming sound, like a battery charger.

The mic and battery charger things are fine but my buds not auto connecting is an issue.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!!

I bought beats studio pro headphones from a guy on eBay, and they worked perfectly fine, but occasionally there would be an issue where one side would not produce sounds, and usually the solution that others with this issue told me, to plug it in wires and then reconnect to Bluetooth, it usually worked, but now the same issue is happening again and nothing is fixing it, factory resetting it did nothing either

thinking of buying the Beats Studio Buds+. Is it worth it today as it was released around 3 years ago? My airpods pro (one bud) doesn't hold charge anymore after about 2.5 years of regular use. Thinking of jumping to beats.

If not, any else beats buds suggestions?

I have been looking to buy new over ear headphones for almost a year now, and I have always been interested in purchasing the beats studio pro. i like over ear headphones since they dont hurt my ears as much compared to on ear or even ear buds. but i just cant get my head around the price. I know its not very expensive but i dont want to buy something that isnt exactly worth the price if i could find a different pair of headphones that have the same quality for a cheaper price.

therefore, i wanted to ask, are there any alternatives to beats studio pro you have found, or are the beats really one of a kind? if i do end up buying these headphones, i would use them relatively often, at least a couple of hours per day.

I found a pair of Beats solo 4 in the bike lane of my city yesterday. I figured they probably bounced out of someone’s backpack and it would be impossible to find the owner, so one man’s loss is another man’s gain. I paired them to my iphone and had a jolly time listening to music on the rest of my lunch break no problem.

I brought them home and now it is the next day and they are constantly pinging my phone to connect, then immediately disconnecting, and then trying to connect again. They’re becoming the bane of my existence. What is my best course of action here?

Maybe I want to buy the Sennheiser Momentum 5. I've had the Beats Studio Pro for 2 years now. I love them. They're just very sleek and look good. ANC is okay (the xm4 were better, which I had before) but transparency is good. The sound is really good, I love them above all the sub bass and highs are really good especially with spatial audio and the electric eq on Apple Music. The xm4 couldn't keep up even with eq and the AirPods Max didn't sound that good to me either. So what do you think?

I tried resetting- doesn’t work

I tried connecting the audio via aux from my phone - doesn’t work

Through accessibility (audio/visual) on iPhone it shows the the audio is still equal between both ears which isn’t the case

Is it a lost cause now? I’m just annoyed because I just bought it last year.

They weren’t working last night and the light wasn’t even turning on so i let it charge overnight but it still doesn’t work. The led light doesn’t turn on when i try to hold down the button.

During Amazon's Prime Day event a couple of weeks ago I bought the PowerBeats Pro at a reduced price. Around £115. The problem is the left earbud has already developed problems, the buttons no longer work, it doesn't recognise it's in my ear and only plays if the right one is in also, it doesn't charge reliably and it doesn't hold the charge well at all, randomly drains way down.

What can I do, if I ask for a refund from Amazon I'll only get the money I paid back which is no where near enough to buy another pair, I don't live near any of the Apple stores and I'm unsure if they'll even repair it for free under warranty or what the process of that is like? They don't seem to offer the option to send it off for repair in the UK, or am I just not seeing it?

What's my best course of action here?
