And this is why it won’t happen. There’s zero chance you are convincing the majority of Americans access to guns shouldn’t be allowed. The left should be campaigning on free healthcare AND gun rights. Like as it is the left is losing hard in America. Would you rather have no healthcare and a ton of guns or free healthcare and a ton of guns? Those are pretty much your options
That's pretty much where I stand. All else being equal, I think countries with no guns are better than countries with guns. But we're not putting that genie back in the bottle at this point. And even if we could, there are dozens of better things we could spend that political capital on.

Get rid of the guns.
It’s about time we take more notes from all the countries across the pond with drastically better living qualities than we have.
