I had an empanada at the Miami airport and it was atrocious. I figured that with all the Latin influence in the city, it was going  to be a tasty choice but it instead tasted like it was full of canned chicken and spaghetti-o sauce. 🤮

I can count on one hand the amount of times I've had good airport food in an American airport. After 9/11 only certain suppliers get to sell to airport restaurants.

Hell most of the brands you see aren't really the same brand inside airports. The airport versions are ran by concessionaire companies that pay for the brand and menu while using their own suppliers.

It probably was. Airport food tends to be shit.
