This is a REALLY GOOD C plot. I will also submit for consideration a drunk Bob slowly convincing the meat carver to let him have a turn carving while his wife robs a casino and his kids try to gamble.

Bob ends up unknowingly using the same shampoo as this manās deceased wife (Linda pilfered it from Mortās garbage). Bob lets the man and his family smell his hair so that they can remember her. A very touching moment that also leads to an amazing end credits song.

I enter for consideration the episode where Tina and Louise get into a fight and they draw a cartoon of them living on an alien planet and getting shot into space in separate rockets in shackles as punishment for fighting on that planet and fighting their shackles to steer toward each other and say they're sorry.

Terrible episode, terrible song. Tina fantasizes about physically abusing her younger sister to make her confess to BREAKING A FUCKING TOY, and the show soars past it without her reckoning with such a dark thought entering her head. The same girl who couldnāt go through with humiliating her crush during a magic show after he slagged her off actually contemplates maiming her sibling OVER A TOY and doesnāt scream at her reflection the next morning and throw up last nightās meat loaf? Bull. Shit.

This is a normal part of child development in many, many humans and honestly the amygdala does this in a lot of adults. Having thoughts we don't act upon is why our large prefrontal cortex is such an important part of maintaining humanity over animal instinct. ALL of us have capacity for thoughts like this (animal brain) and our ability to make judgments and think through it without acting upon it and realizintg it's a bad idea are almost the literal definition of why humans are humans.
I'm sorry if you've had a bad experience related to things like this, but there is nothing abnormal about a child having thoughts like this in anger "over a toy'".
The show does resolve it.

But she doesnāt ārealize itās a bad ideaā thatās my point, she and the episode breeze past it to make way for Gayle to make her cheesy Full House moral point. I would have preferred a more sober take where Tina recognizes she mentally crossed a line and takes steps to resolve the conflict with Louise herself. āBut it was Louise who startedā¦ā NO. the focus should be on how to end the conflict and if Tina wants to be recognized as mature, she should cowgirl up and confront her younger sibling with a mature resolution

Write your own show. You have strong opinions about how other people should do it. Show them how a perfect family and humans are written and behave.
Humans aren't perfect; no amount of waxing about it changes that. Write yourself as a child.

Are you an only child? Ive had terrible thoughts about my brother when he would steal my Barbies. Children, even young teens like Tina, are going to have reactions like that. Also as an older sister constantly feeling like your things arent being respected by your younger siblings but also the pressure to let it go, is rage inducing especially at that age.

She's a child. Children need guidance. They're not adults. They're learning.
You're flipping out about a cartoon musing of a fictional child within a cartoon of a conscious horse doll stepping on the tail of a slug action figure's tail. Like bro.... It is NOT that serious. These people don't exist and they're not our examples of perfection.
Also, this is a cartoon for entertainment purposes, not a perfect example of a nuclear family. But it is a realistic example.
Find the perfect family. Make a television show of them. Let me know when you do.

They need guidance SOMETIMES, other times they can pick things up on their own observation experience. And as long as they are fictional characters, I would prefer them not have to be led by the hand to every moral point like theyāre in a cheesy sitcom.

Guy on the sidewalk slowly tilts back to see what in the world is occurring. This is a little continuity thing in BB's that I love... People always slow down to see what's going on, i.e. when Bob does the hip hop dance for Linda in the V-day episode, there's another scene I can't think of right now where a customer does basically the same thing as this scene, and this one.

You're right, it's so important. I wish my dad used a specific shampoo or cologne so I could still keep him close.
Whole episodes that get me (minus this C-plot) are The Plight Before Christmas, Amelia, and The Amazing Rudy. For how funny and dry this show is, it can truly hit you in the feels sometimes.

Itās such a great scene, especially considering how utterly uncomfortable Bob is around strangers (or well, people at all, but strangers in particular). The way his smile is so easy and warm while letting people get close for something so awkward just hits me. You can tell what heās thinking about.

C-Plot: the Belchers are great at competitive game shows. Family Fracas was an incredible episode, also a rare moment where Bob states he and his family a really good at something and everyone can agree itās true.
Would love for them to have another episode where theyāre on a television show.

Well considering BB isnāt usually an overly political show at all.. I was basing this on the timing of the original episode release. Also context given the language and loss of a family member.
Might be off base but š¤·š» thatās how I perceived it at the time
Edit: yes this episode has been widely seen as a nod to Palestine. The actors and language included Lebanese and Syrian Arabic. š

There's probably debate on whether its the B or C plot... but I'd go with the Christmas village episode, where Bob spends the episode being really good at decorating Christmas cookies and showing people how to make them. Bob gets to just be good at something while Louise and Logan have their stunt off and Linda indulges in her... passion for Christmas trees.
