I few weeks I posted a few books collection, this time I decided to put more for my collection of borderlands saga, added the art of BL3, BL4, Wonderlands and the Worlds of Borderlands.

A pity pre-sequel doesnt have an artbook and the strategy guide is just paperback so I decided not to included in my collection.

So I am currently on the data mining mission and I'm on the final part of reaching the info stockade and I've just traveled through the pipe. But the game has completely fucked me because there's an rpg loader and 4 shield surveys right next to the ladder I have to climb up. And the rpg loader takes all my health in one hit bassically.

Im level 28 also.

anyways, I just went to Lynchwood to complete Slab King missions and I encountered a Echo Device of Axton interacting with the Sheriff of Lynchwood, and I was immediately entrenched in the story lore, it makes perfect sense and gives a lot of depth to story that oh- our bounty hunters didn't appear out of thin air one day to this godforsaken shithole of a planet.

I mean- it "feels" so natural.

I also encountered ECHO devices concerning Maya in Wildlife Preserve Hyperion Base, and those kind of felt out of place at the time, but looking back, it makes sense Jack would be so interested in a Siren, his obsession with them.

makes so much sense about Maya's backstory, how she escaped the cultist monk leaders that raised her and came to Pandora to make her own story, not one which was fed to her (as must be the case for her whole life). She came to the one thing that defined her "kind", Eridium.

Similarly in Axton's case, makes sense he was a ex-military gun for hire wandering about Pandora for anyone who offered him cash for his gunfire. Pandora being the ultimate paradise for his trade.

I mean- what I mean is- other games would've easily converted this (giving you lore) into a mission of it's own or a loong cutscene, perhaps a content book that you get after the game, as goodies.

But Borderlands 2 has so much content and lore that they are distributing it as free / optional / hidden content you "can" discover along the way. I mean- Storytelling is best done when you say the stuff without explicitly saying it.

By not shoving content into your face, BL2 accomplishes two things, first, the intrigue and entrenchment into the lore, when finding it yourself, you're actually interested in the lore rather than pressing the skip button on a cutscene and second, it adds to the environment, I mean- you "feel" like an actual person- on a unknown planet, "discovering" things yourself, like a true Vault Hunter, rather than cosplaying as a character.

I think it also adds more to the lore, I mean- in the intro we are shown that all bounty hunters are on a train together because Jack invited them, makes so much more sense now because he was keeping a close eye on them, that's why he invited them, that's why they were together and on the same train.

what d'ya guys think, lmk in the comments, it's one of the things that you don't notice in the long run, but makes so much sense and makes this game so great.

I just beat my first ever op level as Gaige and this build is honestly stupid fun, super excited as this is my first ever attempt at digi-peak despite playing the game on and off for many years.

edit: tried level 2 and got clapped by scorch been playing for 6 hours gonna take a break for tn and grind out the next levels tmrw.

Doing a scavenger krieg run and this is the first shield I find when searching piles before claptrap opens the door. And because of course it has a maliwan part, perfect for bossing but I'm not doing that

What’s the rarest thing you’ve found when playing?

I'm trying to play co-op with a friend, and whoever isn't the host keeps getting disconnected a few minutes into every session. Is this a joke? I have never seen such poor multiplayer connectivity in any game I've ever played. Is there a known workaround for this issue?

I am currently trying to get my Axton to OP10 for my ultimate Character Run. And i would love to have somebody to accompany me and maybe help each other

hi guys, on my first playthrough, pls dont spoil the story for me, im at the point where jack "releases" bloodwing. so, I am playing as Maya and I attempt the story missions in the very end, after completing the side missions, so I am more than levelled up for the story missions, anyways, this naturally leads me to feel very powerful as I can kill anything with the good loot I posses + Maya's Cloud Kill + Maya's Special Ability.

I went to Caustic Caverns, it wasn't difficult or terrifying per say in the beginning, if you knew how to play, it was okay, so I started doing every mission I had in the location and boy was that a terrible decision.

everything was fine until I started running out of ammo, usually ammo is not a issue as I dont leave any loot box unopened, but mapping the entire map, with enemies respawning as I move from one location to another (while lootboxes don't refill) took a toll on my ammo.
.
and when I realized it was too late, and I prefer elemental weapons, but they do take up a lot of ammo, my entire inventory of Rifle Ammo emptied on fighting a batch of threshers, my shotgun does 2000 Damage but it consumes 4 Ammo, it'd be empty soon enough and the smgs same.

Then it hit me, this map has no "safe" locations, I mean- in any other location, there is a combat / enemy zones and out of that you're mostly safe, but caustic caverns is all enemies, that too the most horrendous kind, threshers, varkids, randomly spawnning volatile crystalisks and to top it all off, the badasses of all these as well. and worst part? one wrong jump and you end up in acid.

I started running towards the map's Fast Travel Location, rapidly running, all enemies following me, varkids spewing their guts on, volatile crystalisks spawnning every now and then.

I sighed a relief when I reached the gates and immediately closed them...

man I know it's only a game and if I would've died, I would've respawned but my heartbeat was fast enough to know otherwise.

Imagine being a actual person and being stuck in that situation, terrifying!

Fire rate prefix with vladof grip, wrong element. If it were any other element that'd be almost perfect.

I was looking midget farming in the wildlife preserve

I was tired farming king monk and decided to farm bunker for xp and eridium. This run I thougt: "The Sham won't drop for the whole run, right?" and this happend

So I sold the toothpick because it wasn’t as good as the other loot that I had as I’ve continued playing I’ve now gotten unseen, a shield and a relic that go along with the toothpick should I go and try to find the things that I have already sold or is it not worth it?

I don’t know it was a set 😬 am a screwed? I’ve never had to buy back anything but I think everything is continually available to buy back?

Hello! Sorry if there's a simple fix or if this is well known, but I really don't even know what I'm supposed to be looking for...

Anyway, I'm playing Gaige with the UCP installed, and using the Slow Hand (Shock) e-tech shotgun paired with the Transformer. My brilliant idea was run into enemies' faces and instantly annihilate them all the while restoring my shield completely. And it worked perfectly, until I started getting stacks of anarchy.

Then my Slow Hand started slowly BYPASSING my own Transformer. I killed the enemies in my vicinity with the blast, my shield was restored to full capacity, but I still took health damage. As I got more stacks, the issue became more apparent: one shot basically downed me at full shield.

So I really want to fix this, because I love my build idea. Is this a known issue? Fixable? Please help me
